Very well ran courses!! Easy to follow and understand. All equipment was set up ready to go and the trainer was very knowledgeable and easy to speak with. Having the small class sizes is great as it ensures that you can get extra help/training if you are unsure on anything and are also able to have any questions answered.

The office lady was lovely.
The guy in the office very rude ,talked down to me as im not very good with computers.
I had to go back a few times.es for help ,and at one stage was going to give me my money back

Greg was very efficient in hes training. Only thing is people don't read fine print so if reception could remind people when they ring the day b4 about the hundred points of identification.

I would absolutely recommend this course to others and use this provider for refresher courses.

The structure of this training was spot on. It was great to be able to take in the knowledge part of the course at an individual pace and the practical part in an efficient one hour, without feeling rushed. There was time to slow down in the practical course and cover any questions or to get support. The instructor was clear, kept a solid pace and gave direct and timely feedback. Resources were clean, in good condition and well organised.
