Makes no sense that this cafe has the lowest rating in the area - it's a beaut. Old school sandwich bar and burgers. Really fresh ingredients, generous servings. The staff are super lovely. Can't fault it.

Stopped here for breakfast after staying next door at Swansea hotel, absolutely delicious food, plenty of variety, you won’t be disappointed! The sausage roll was served with greens and a tomato side. My partner had the Hezza special and he said it was one of the tastiest he’s had. Customer service was really good too.

Real disconnect between the positive reviews here and my experience. The staff had attitude from the moment I walked in, leading to poor service and ordinary coffee. Left my cappuccino basically untouched.

Hidden Gem, staff singing along to the radio got our attention as we walked by. Friendly service, quality food made just the way we ordered.

February 2025. As I walked in I said good morning to staff, nothing in return. No smile nothing from staff. It’s like they don’t want to be there. Rude attitude, strange looks. I don’t think these staff should be working in hospitality business at all. This is second time I tried, never again!!

November 2024. I felt like an inconvenience to various members of staff on a couple of occasions. Did I actually see the serving girl roll her eyes at me? Yep! Skip this joint if you are looking for any sort of service with a smile. If I could leave 0 stars I would.
