For what was labelled as a swim tour of the majestic Whitsundays region, it was so, so much more.
When you combine the vessel, the crew, the location and the amazing band of people, that are all like minded and love swimming in whatever form it's presented, you just cannot go wrong!

Andre and his crew at Oceanfit have put together a masterpiece of a trip that has to be ventured to fully understand just how magical and beautiful ocean swimming can be.

If you love the tropics, sailing, a glass or two of wine and having a ball while also letting the buildup of the corporate life just melt away, do yourself a favour and book this trip as soon as you can.

It's the best trip I've taken in a long long time ❤️

Just back home from an amazing 4 days on the Solway Lass doing Ocean Fit's Swim the Whitsundays tour. Despite very windy and overcast weather, we had a brilliant time. Incredible swims each day, a couple of gentle hikes, daily whale encounters, dolphins, manta rays, sting rays and more.... Swam more in 3 days than I'd usually do in month but the sites were so well chosen, with great consideration for weather, tides and currents, that it was completely achievable. Plus having the support boats nearby gave me the confidence to push on when I was tired, knowing all I had to do was raise my hand if I was done and I would be plucked from the ocean.

Absolutely unforgettable trip with generous food, drinks and service throughout. A big enough group to be great fun and a broad mix of swimming buddies but also small enough to be intimate and familiar.

Loved every minute of it and will definitely consider doing it (or another location) again in the future.

I've also done 2 ocean swimming clinics with Andre at the Noosa Summer Swim and learnt heaps both times. And I highly recommend his online training videos to anyone who is starting to ocean swim or wanting to improve their skills - an amazing wealth of knowledge in bite-size chunks!

What can I say?! Everything was amazing! Amazing weather! Amazing companions! Amazing and charming and hilarious and very supportive crew! Amazing Hunter (our tour leader).
This Whitsundays swim tour was a 12 out of 10 experience! Loved every minute of it (apart from a bit of sea sickness. Note – if you are prone to motion sickness, bring appropriate medications!)

This was a fantastic swim tour.
It catered for all swim levels and I always felt safe and at ease as I could come out at any time… or go back in.
The scenery and the time on the boat was fantastic. We sailed alongside a whale and saw loads of them in the distance too.

A fantastic experience. The swims were wonderful; it didn’t matter if you were a ‘relaxed’ or an ‘energetic’ swimmer, there was a challenge for everyone. No one went hungry; the food was nourishing & there was plenty of it. Thanks to our host Michaela who kept us all safe & enthused.

We went on an Oceanfit Swim the Whitsundays tour in June 2023 and it was amazing. Everything is organised for you - unreal swims, good food (two breakfasts!!) and there’s a bar on board. The locations of the swims are amazing - swimming over the reef and around islands. The swims are also scouted out in advance to ensure they are safe. The swims are suitable for all levels. You can push yourself to go with the faster group or you can take it handy and have a leisurely swim and get picked up by the little boat if you need a rest. The 5k swim along Whitehaven beach was a highlight! Would definitely recommend! Thanks Andre at Oceanfit for a great trip!

Amazing swim experience with oceanfit on a fabulous historical boat Solway lass! I am so pleased to have done this trip: everything was perfect to me: atmosphere, organisation, sportive challenge, food, beauty of the environment...hope I will be able to do it again next year! Marie
