I placed an order with Wholesale Catering Supplies based on their clearly stated promise of a 1–3 business day turnaround on their website. However, my order wasn’t ready even after a full week, with no proactive updates or explanation.

To try and get some clarity, I called and ended up speaking directly with the CEO. Unfortunately, the conversation was incredibly unprofessional—she was aggressive, condescending, and dismissive simply because I asked a few basic questions about my order. It was a very uncomfortable experience.

To make matters worse, the order status on their system said “pending pick up,” which was vague and confusing, especially without any further communication.

Overall, I’m very disappointed and would not recommend this company based on my experience. Reliable service and respectful customer interaction should be the bare minimum.

The most terrible custom service I' ve ever had. Highly not recommend them, because they do not take care about their customers. Was waiting for any news about my order for 2 and half weeks and there was nothing from them till I did not raise the refund question on pay pal site. Guess what! Recieved message from them straight away about that they are happy to refund the money. And who will pay for the losses that I had to have because items were not delivered in time and now I will need to order and wait and loose more time because of such irresponsible service. If you don't want loss, don't deal with this company. There heaps of other companies that sell and deliver and take care of their customers.

I get most of my restaurant supplies from here. Best customer service, they always go above and beyond to find stock for me, and even carry the order to my car when I’m not feeling the best! Love your work guys.
