We hired a range of furniture for our wedding, including ceremony chairs, reception chairs, stools and tables, lounges and ottomans, and coffee tables. The showroom visit was enjoyable; Mahala was really helpful and made great suggestions, and we were able to choose everything we needed in that one visit. They had a great range and we particularly liked their new items with a sustainability focus. Mahala worked well with our wedding planner, everything arrived and was set up on site on time, and all of the items were clean and in good condition. We were really happy with how everything looked and they made the process easy.

Cannot recommend this vendor enough for weddings. They were great to deal with and when I had an issue afterwards with something that had gone wrong on the night, I felt it was dealt with in such a considerate way. I even asked where they would like a review and Monica said to me no need your happiness is what matters most! Would absolutely use again.

Don't hire from here, go purchase the products elsewhere as it'll work out cheaper in the long run for you.
Good product but they sting you if you don't return everything perfect and worst of all, without explanation, they just arbitrarily charge you a fee for anything not perfectly returned.
We hired napkins for our wedding for a high fee and they were a decent quality, however a few were lost prior to return. Our sales rep assured us that it'd be fine, however shortly after we received a notice stating that we would be penalised an arbitrary fee for not returning the napkins - the fee was more than the napkins would've cost to supply! We requested justification but none was forth coming, they deducted our security deposit and proceed without consultation.
Ultimately we paid easily twice the price of manufacture for these products and were left disappointed at being ripped off - it made for a sour conclusion on something good.
