We celebrated our daughter's 9th birthday today at Timezone bowling water gardens and the whole process was so easy, from booking online to the calls and email the week before. I was so impressed with the level of detail and care at every stage. From the party manager today, to our party host Sienna. Nothing was too much trouble. The little details of creating a relaxed and fun party were definitely appreciated. Other staff members were helpful and little details like opening doors or waiting for customers to enter the party room first even if they were busy, customer comes first. It really was an incredible set up and experience. Well done to management and the whole team. The food was good also. Very good value for money.

Had a fantastic event here the other day for our son Luka's 8th birthday. Special shout out to our amazing party host Maddy especially. She kept the kids entertained, paid special attention to each and everyone of the guests throughout the evening and was super easy to get along with. Maddy made the whole party run smoothly, and even with the kitchen running late with the food, she managed to keep everyone engaged and busy till it finally arrived. Thank you Maddy, keep up the great work and look forward to having plenty more parties in the future!

Me and my brother had so much fun at Timezone water garden venue thanks to the super friendly and hospitality host leader ( Leonora). She was super helpful, professional and nice as she guide us through the venue and did helped us with some issue from some of the games at the place. Very happy and look forward to comeback again

We had my daughter’s birthday at zonebowling at Watergardens and we couldn’t be happier. I feel we had the best of the best with our party host, Alex N. She was brilliant. Great with the kids, very attentive. Checked in with me alot being the mother of the party child. Very professionals, very helpful and accomodating! Would definitely recommend and I would be asking for Alex N again if we were to rebook. Thanks zone and thanks Alex.

My child’s birthday party was organized so well! Everything was thoughtfully planned from the fun games and activities to the delicious food and vibrant decorations. The kids had an amazing time, and the day was truly memorable. Timezone team and Riteesh was a wonderful host and made all the kids feel welcome and comfortable throughout the celebration.

Went to Timezone Watergardens for our son's birthday and was hosted by Alena - astounding service! Was very polite to me and my wife, and got along very well with the kids - they loved her! Very well trained and organised.
Food was good and bowling/laser tag were a hit with the kids. We are very happy and once again recommend the staff member hosting us on this occasion.

I hosted my daughter's party on a Saturday, and the service was absolutely top-notch! The kids had the whole place to themselves, and the timing for the food was perfectly aligned with activities. Anastasia, our host, was incredibly attentive and caring with all the children, going above and beyond for the birthday girl. The kids had an amazing time, and Anastasia was truly an outstanding host!
