Came here with my partner for our 9 year anniversary. Had an absolute blast!
I recommend pacing yourself. You will get tired quick so enjoy the smashing. And buying the giant tv to destroy? Best money I ever spent. Especially when they gave us the sledgehammer 😂
Staff were all amazing and super helpful. Can't remember the name of the girls who were on reception (one had amazing black and silver nails) but they were so lovely! Great customer service. Will be back here again!!
And next time I'm bringing stuff to smash 😂

This experience was totally underwhelming. Whilst the website makes it appear to be fun and engaging, the service is anything but. Customer service was non existent. We only received two small boxes of plates and cups to smash, with all other items at an additional cost which was not advertised prior to booking. Those additional costs were quite exorbitant. Waste of money and waste of the 5 minutes it took to break the few items that were provided. Would not recommend.

What an amazing experience! The team at Smash Room really went above and beyond to make our day fun. Special mention to Johan for booking us in. The instructions were clear, and we all had a blast. Plus, the added bonus of having table tennis tables and arcade games to enjoy after our session made the whole experience even more memorable. Thank you for such a fun time!

Amazing time at Smashroom!!! Went with my sister. Got the option of crowbar or baseball bat. We had one crate each full of bottles, glasses and plates. Took us a few minutes to connect the Bluetooth speaker to our phones. Was a great experience. Staff were lovely. Would definitely go back!

I want to share my positive experience at Smash Room Keilor. I had a great time there as there weren't too many people around, allowing me to enjoy some alone time. Jack, who works there, was very friendly and helpful. He guided me through all the instructions and made the experience enjoyable. If you're feeling frustrated or have pent-up anger, I highly recommend this as a healthy way to let out your emotions. I even brought a printer and screen with me, and Jack assisted me in handling them. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

This was fun to let off some steam BUT $130 for my child and I to smash a few glasses and plates and be done in 20 minutes was definitely not what we were expecting very expensive for how much you get to smash!!! If you want to smash more than your little crate of glasses and plates it’s extra on top, also need to update there bats that you use! Maybe they could allow people to BYO some items for smashing on top of what you pay for already

The Smash room was a great experience, the girls at the front were very clear with there instructions. I would advice to wear gum boots as wearing runners you carry out little bits of glass & then bring it to your home.

Also the items to buy is a little bit expensive.

Other then that, great 👍
