Most employees are stingy when it comes to giving food. I was served burnt overcooked wicked wings smaller than my thumb. Employees have rude attitude and have no sympathy in serving food. Place was dirty, tables full of crumbs and oil.

So.. its been a few weeks since i privately reached out to them, still they have done nothing about it and have not reached back to me apart of their google reply. This is unacceptable as the neglect what morals they have

Just went through drive through Thursday 6th March at 10.51 am and can I just say the boss has the most amazing customer service ! He really made our day in the short interaction we had even making sure everything was in the bag for us. I can see why he is the boss there and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves for the nice guy that he is !

This afternoon l had the best customer service ever. I was exhausted and in a lot of pain and just felt like some kfc. I had a problem with the app but a lovely young man named DION from Taylor’s Hill helped me sort it out. He was so kind and caring. The chicken was fresh and hot, l really enjoyed it. Don't normally review. But who ever was cooking. 12pm onwards on date of review. Made a really good tower burger, this is how wicked wings should taste. If you like salted chips. This was salted the right amount. Their service here is always fast even on online ordering custom meals. Comparing to CS SC, I've had stale potatoes from there.

Must share my experience at the drive thru tonight.placed my order online and went to pick up my order.car in front of me picked order up and moved away from window before stopping and then reversed back .I could make out what happened which the kfc attendant had given the wrong order after the customer in front of me opened his order and realised it wasn't his . correct order was exchanged and the car then drove off.then the staff member tried to give me the opened and contaminated order which I refused to take and asked to be refunded only to be told by supervisor that because I purchased order online I had to get refund back online .which didn't make sense to me.so I agreed to accept them to remake my order.i refused to go from the window and wait for my order out the front of store because I didn't trust them making a fresh order.staff are not trained in cross contamination, by management which is shocking .

Hygiene of this restaurant..Zero. Poor cleanliness. No words to express.. Toilets are a big mess..especially busy hours. Food ok.. I have noticed...in my takeaways some food was missing most of the time and was a common problem here.

It’s the bloody staff that’s the problem here, poor service and not serving the correct portions is big problem in itself, then the crappy attitude when you speak up…. Not to mention the tables are never cleaned to some sort of acceptable standard….
