Went in as I was running low on fuel. I only use V power. Just started pumping fuel and it stopped. I asked the attendant what was wrong and could I move to another pump after I’d pumped $11, they said yes, so I moved car and the other one didn’t pump. I went back inside to be told they had run out of V Power. It was a little disappointing. I assume it’s not the people’s fault that we’re working however I don’t understand how a business can operate when they don’t have the primary item that attracts customers.

I am writing this review specifically about one member of staff named Chico. He has served me quite a few times now and every time was not only a pleasant experience but I found myself leaving the store with a smile on my face. Chico’s customer service has been exceptional and unparalleled. He deserves more credit than this review can provide. Keep it up.

Hi,
Every one,I had a bitter experience with two elderly lady customer service staff,who behaves discriminating manner to a kid of 10 years old. These two staff were saying to this boy to stay away 1.5meter distance with a hand gestures and really harsh facial expressions.Where the boy felt bad and the boy asked me do I have any disease and why that lady is like that to me and I went in to ask abt it ,instead talking in pleasing manner ,they were aggressive and telling us to get out of shop.
What kind of behaviour is that.All left to u readers. Thanks .

The staff don't maintain the store in clean condition and they never clean the machine hence it won't work most of the times.

I think the manager should do something about this store, from past 3 days i am going to the store at different timings and the female member says the coffee machine is under cleaning and it will take another 30mins.. Worst store ever.. Thats the only store where coffee machine is always under cleaning, i would really like to have the timings when the machine is not cleaning..

Called the store at 3.31 pm
The female team member was extremely rude for no reason and disconnected the call.
She 100% Needs coaching on how to answer calls and giving reasonable (if not great) customer service.
