We cannot recommend Kmani Events highly enough! Our son’s 7th birthday party was centered around a slushy machine, which we had hired from a different events company. Unfortunately, it didn’t work at all on the day, and when we reached out for help, we were met with rude, unhelpful, and arrogant responses—without even a single apology. Our son was devastated.

Then we found Kmani Events, and they truly saved the day! From the very first phone call, we were met with the most friendly and customer-focused service. Not only did they offer us an alternative solution—a cotton candy machine, which absolutely thrilled our son—but they also managed to deliver it the very morning of the party. The setup was seamless, and they took the time to show us exactly how to use it.

The cotton candy machine was a massive hit with all the kids, and our son’s party was saved, all thanks to Kmani Events. Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication to customer satisfaction were beyond impressive. We are incredibly grateful and will absolutely be using them for all our future events.
