Stocklands advertise a wonderful retirement lifestyle. What they don’t freely tell you is the cost to live in this “retirement” dream. Just have legal advice to explain what you leave with. After my mother’s experience, I would always advise to seek legal advice when she lost $77,332 from her buy in price. This loss doesn’t cover the monthly charge or rates and the improvements she paid for.

I like it here people are friendly l have been mixing a bit more after l lost my husband on the 1st june last year the only complaints at the moment is my house is cracking and opening up .l have taken photos but they have got bigger and the big one in dining area going across tbe ceiling and l am worried that it will eventually fall in . By
the time they fix only had the manager look at it a few weeks agobut have not seen anyone else the other thing is the paint work they only put 1 coat on the walls and the marks don't come off. Other than that l like being here.

Recommend Arilla to anyone wanting a village lifestyle. Join in or not, its very people and pet friendly, great open areas with huge old shady gum trees. Heaps of sport and entertainment opportunities. Well managed and supported buy a progressive organisation.
