Does not accept digital card payments, had a an overseas card and was assured that upon my return can use a different card to pay. Upon return I presented and paid using a different card. To my surprise my first card was also charged with the full amount. Called customer care and they gave me a reference no and said will receive an email and will have to attach screenshots. No email received. Called up the branch and they said they don’t accounts here. This has been so frustrating! Very disappointing. Still waiting for my refund.

Michael was extremely problematic. I walked in and he was playing games on his computer and I saw the phone line disconnected which answered my question to why nobody picked up any of my 30 calls to the branch. Upon initial discussion he maintained a passive aggressive approach to the situation as i needed things to move quickly due to his slow pace and his poor customer service. This company needs better employees. I am disappointed that this is the customer service a nationally recognized organization provides. POORLY BELOW STANDARDS… .000000001 / 100

Went to pick up a vehicle booking ref #1187684034 on 30/3/25 and was informed that there was no vehicle to pick up. I can’t believe this !! Furthermore the customer service person there was hopeless. We requested he cancel the booking for us but he kept getting distracted and started talking to other customers that were waiting around. Please check your cameras and records. Very disappointed …

Would highly recommend these folks.. needed a moving truck last minute. Got one for only $85 and the process was super smooth and staff was very friendly. Other places wanted $280+ for the same deal.

stuffed me around at every stage, wasted hours of my time, and then charged me extra for their own screwups and had to 'investigate' for a week before refunding the money they had no right to charge in the first place. would never use them again.

Indian manager here loves to waste people's time and try to charge cancelation fees, fees that are waived if you talk to customer support wasting 40 minutes of your time. Awful corporate company and bad experience.

Nowhere on their website during the rental process to payment stage does it mention that P-platers can't rent a vehicle. You aren't allowed to transfer the booking to another person with a full licence either. Pre-purchasing the vehicle is never in your best interest if things go wrong, since they'll try to get money out of you.

Giving 2 stars instead of 1 since the other staff member who was working at the time was very helpful in getting my missus another rental vehicle under her name. He was very helpful

Mat is amazing. Absolute asset to the company - the only asset mind you.

Spent over $5000 with the company. When my account was debited over $300 I called to find out why. The person I spoke to was not understanding me, and I got frustrated - did not swear or anything, but told him I would call back and speak with Mat at a later date, and hung up.

When I go in to swap my vehicle over I’m promptly told they can not assist me and must take the car back.

Leaving me stranded on the side of the road with a car load of stuff and a child seat, at the end of the day when nothing is open all because someone got their knickers in a knot over being hung up on.

After spending so much money one would think a company may be understanding of the fact that people have bad days, yes I was rude and hung up, but his retaliation I found childish and extreme.

****Uber Carshare is much cheaper!!!
