Three stars for Good collection of winter jackets at reasonable prices. However, very disappointed with the behaviour of the store staff (lady who sits at the cashier counter) who is completely unprofessional and lethargic.

@STORE_OWNER: FYI: I visited the store twice in the month of July and early August 2021 and have purchased jackets at your “store”.
If a customer writes a feedback and shares their bitter experience faced with your “staff”, as a store owner you need to analyse and review it, Rather than calling it rubbish. Always be ready to accept both kinds of feedback. Wow, You lost another customer my friend !

Visited this store a few weeks ago on a footy weekend in Melbourne, bought a pair of shoes off the great friendly very helpful staff. Accidentally left a parcel in the shop when I left. Called the store and Lucy answered the phone, this awesome young lady was more than helpful in returning my parcel to my hotel reception. Going out of her way to help me out.Would definitely recommend a visit to this store to check out the great range they have and meet the knowledgeable staff.

Beware, be very careful dealing with Adventure megastore. My wife purchased a $320 jacket for me and she was told that she could return it for a full refund if I didn’t like it. We attempted to return it to the store with all of the tags etc intact even in the original bag and with the tax invoice and they wouldn’t refund the money, they would only give us a store credit. I could not trust them and I would never want to deal with them again
