Excellent spot to stay whilst in Bendigo. Lovely old house that has been meticulously renovated and kept in very clean condition. The aircons were great to have on a hot day and our two dogs loved the well kept, generous backyard. Hosts were so kind and really made us feel welcome. Highly recommend.

We loved our time here for Christmas. We treated this house like our own. Hargreaves Cottage had such a lovely homely feel. Our dogs were very safe also.

BEST pet friendly house we have ever stayed at
we stayed here for a couple nights. Its right in the centre of town, very spacious house with everything you needed. there was 6 of who stayed and there was lots of room.

We came for the Tennis Tournament and we will definately book again. The outside area was great for BBQ and the dog... yes this house is pet friendly.

Hargreaves house in the city centre is a true gem. The best dog friendly place I have come across so far and such an easy stroll to the arts centre in View St. The house has everything needed, free wifi was a bonus as was the treats left for us. The bedrooms have their own split system so we all were cosy as Bendigo can get really hot over Summer. The cafe across the road had a great choice of food and will definately be telling people about this great self contained short stay accommodation in bendigo. The best dog friendly holiday house in bendigo we have seen so far!
