The amount of mistakes that were made for my booking that I have had to fix myself is unbelievable. To have the travel agent admit in an email that he didn't know what he was doing when he was making my bookings, and that it's too late and he can't fix, is a joke.

Once they get your money they don't want to know about it, rude and short speaking about mistakes they made. Even when they make a mistake they expect you have to pay extra costs for it. You go to a travel agent so booking is done correctly but no point going here they are too busy getting paid to holiday themselves, indifferent time zone and everyone else in the shop is useless to fix your booking when they f it up. Better off just doing it yourself, less hassle. And you don't have to put up with the rudeness.

Complete rubbish travel agent. Had to cancel an overseas trip 9 months out due to medical reasons...refused to refund me. Zero compassion, did not care and kept $12,000. Told me to got to my travel insurance. Will never use them again. Negative 5 stars.
