What a gem! Super easy to use, takes cash or card. Spotlessly clean inside.

Does not provide detergent. Not even as an upcharge thing you have to buy separately - it's just not there. This should be a basic thing, guys, not something I have to buy at the nearby Woolworths while lugging 4 suitcases behind me.

Also the washing machine options do not specify what exact temperature a setting like "Hot" refers to, which is important to know for e.g. making sure the wash cycle will kill bed bug eggs.

Too many dryers and not enough washing machines. The machines themselves seem okay. People seem to leave stuff in washing machines way too long and it causes problems for other user's. Wouldn't recommend this place overall.
