I highly recommend Barry at BW Computers for all your Computer, Internet and tech issues. He spent the time with me in my own home to resolve several computer and internet issues I was having, cleaned up my slow laptops and recommended several options for backing up data in the cloud. He also left me with a must do list and instructions to ensure I would not lose important data, should something happen to my laptop or mobile phone.
Barry’s pricing is extremely reasonable, at less than half the cost of some of the other Computer Technicians out there. Knowledgeable, reliable and efficient service is what we are all after and Barry certainly delivers in all these areas!

Queried an invoice and was told to go elsewhere. After numerous attempts to find out about an overcharge I was told to go to Grav IT or Geelong Technology Group, so I did and I experienced great service and at significantly cheaper prices. Thanks for the recommendation.

A BIG thank you the team at Element IT (BW Computers) !
Thank you for fixing my dear old faithful Apple Mac computer.
The unit itself was in perfect condition, but was becoming painfully sluggish in its-not-so old age.

My direction was, “that it is running really slow” and that was all that was needed to be said. I left it in his capable hands to weave their magic - and they did!
Fixed it within a week, knowing how important a computer is to business life. And I now have an incredibly fast, updated, upgraded, operational computer, that is actually just like brand new - but for a 5th of the cost.

Thanks again - I’m so happy that I wont be seeing that spinning colourful circle of death anymore!

Thanks to Will, Barry & Robbie my iMac rocks. Replaced the fusion HD with a superfast SDD drive. Picked up and returned the same day. Superb service. Not only does my Mac start up in seconds but most of the apps open and process a hell of a lot faster. Highly recommend! Thanks guys

Will Dickson of BW Computers came over today. Working with four of us electricians, he Synchronised the invoicing system I use SimPro with Google Calendar, meaning that the process from quote to invoice is so much easier. If you have a service based business, I highly recommend it, now I can concentrate more time on working 'on' rather than purely 'in' my business.
