On Friday 10th May 2025 my partner and I went to Bà TỒ in Springvale South. We made a booking over the phone and was greeted and welcomed by Cindy and her nephew Andy. They were very polite and well mannered. I ordered the Vietnamese Shaking Beef - 18.00, Milk Coffee - 7.00 and 1 Caramel Flan - 3.50 = 28.50.

I really enjoyed my selection of food, drink and dessert. The dish came out quickly too.

On Saturday 10th May 2025 I decided I wanted to take my mum and dad there on Sunday 18th May 2025 for Mother’s Day breakfast / lunch. I made a booking. My partner wasn’t feeling well, so I decided to go there and cancel my booking. Ordered in person for my family instead and was served by Thuy, Cindy and Nancy’s mother My.

I ordered Vietnamese Shaking Beef Rice Plate - 18.00, Seafood Egg Noodles Stir Fry - Beef, vegetable, squid, shrimp, onions, sauce, egg noodles - 18.00, Sizzling Beef with Bread - 19.00, Grilled Pork and Spring Rolls and Vermicelli - 16.00, 2 x Vietnamese Corn and Sticky Rice - 14.00, Milk Coffee - 7.00, Three Colours Dessert - 7.00 = 101.65.

The food was delicious and customer service was spot on, food was fresh, prepared quickly was excellent too. I’m excited to try out quite a few of the dishes on the menu. I felt spoilt for choice. I will definitely keep this place in mind when it comes to breakfast, lunch or dinner. The shop is clean and tidy, which is quite impressive.

A huge shout out to the front of house, chefs, and kitchen hands in the back. Your positivity, effort, and teamwork is second to none and always appreciated by customers. I look forward to returning with friends and family. This place is a hidden gem. Highly recommended. Thank you.

What a fantastic find this restaurant was. Situated in a little shopping strip in Springvale South, it is honestly probably the best Vietnamese food I’ve eaten in Melbourne. The ingredients are fresh and tasty, the restaurant is spotlessly clean and the staff are lovely. Get there and give it a go!

Food here is really good! Flavour is different from other Vietnamese restaurants around. I think it’s better. Will definitely become a regular here. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Banh xeo was good. bun real bland. Wanted to try the mam but was out. Service slow and you don’t get water on your table! Friendly enough though.

It was really good at the start when they were newly open. But they get greedy over the time. It was 2 fresh prawns, decent-sized fish cake pieces and lots of squid in this dish last month. Now there is 1 small frozen prawn, 4-5 pieces stingy-cut fish cakes (see how small and thin it is) and 3 pieces undercooked squid. Other dishes went down the same path: higher price, poorer quality.

Best foods, best drinks, best dessert, and the most best is customer services. I love this restaurant.
My foods are combo fried fish and pork with fermented fish sauce and Peach tea with orange and lemongrass

This newly opened restaurant in Springvale South offers a simple menu but high-quality dishes. The oxtail noodle soup is a highlight, maintaining traditional flavors and fitting well with the palate. The three-color dessert is also very good. The staff is friendly, and prices are reasonable. It’s an ideal spot for those who enjoy Vietnamese cuisine.

please order the sizzling beefsteak, bring your family and friends or whoever, they'll all love it here trust me. all the staff feel like a big family and the drinks were also bomb. prices are reasonable and portions are pretty solid. 5 stars because of that damn soy sauce 😫. - minecraft kid gamer out
