Nice venue, nice car park, little steep for the elderly though. But mainly okay. Food was okay but it’s a bistro so nothing special, prices are reasonable. Ice cream was nice. Chicken snitzel tasted very packet like. If you’re looking for something cheapish then this is the place. Lovely staff here too!

Just a solid Pokies pub, would I go again, yes. Would I go out of my way, maybe not.

The food was 100% acceptable, I left nothing on my plate. I will say nice to see a good drinks selection, without feeling ripped off.

Repeat offenders at this venue, every couple of months. Always super clean, smelling delightful. Excellent menu to choose from. Staff always pleasant, shout out to Jessie for being so polite and professional. Chicken Parma topped with fresh avocado and perfectly cooked bacon was smothered in a gorgeous hollandaise sauce. Highly recommend this daily special!

Update, upon returning a year later:

I've increased the star rating by one.

The pork ribs were tender and juicy and the sauce was just perfect. Not too salty or sweet. I liked the potato wedges which went well with the sour cream and sweet chilli dressing. No complaints about the steamed vegetables. Overall, I enjoyed the pork ribs.

The salmon salad was also quite good in both taste and presentation. The tangy vinegrette dressing paired well with the rocquette, sliced cheese and capers. The pieces of smoked salmon were artfully twirled to mimic a floral pattern.

I had a pot of English Breakfast tea which came with some packet biscuits (one was broken).

I had the surf to turf. Not impressed. The steak was over done on the outside so it was too dry for my liking. The meat was meant to be medium rare but because it was over cooked on the outside overall it was not tender or juicy. Felt dry. I didn't finish it. Panko Prawns was more like mashed up prawns than whole prawns. Salad didn't have sufficient dressing and was not tasty. Chips were so so. Over priced at $36. Should have had the roast pork for $25 as a main. That looked a lot better.

I'm always on the lookout for a great pub meal & this certainly met my expectations. It's great that there was a no fuss approach with the convenience of ordering drinks & meal via my smart phone at the table & service was efficient & quick. The gravy that accompanied the pie was a bonus. It's my first time & looking forward to visiting again to try something else.
