Near Victoria market and price is okay, not very clean even after daily cleaning, you only get one roll of toilet paper, was not enough for a 5 day stay. Overall okay hostel near Melbourne CBD.

I stayed here for 2 weeks in March because I was desperate for a place to stay and couldn't find anything else. Don't recommend this at all!
When I did my inspection it was all clean and tidy, also there was a guy sleeping in my room so I couldn't even see it. When I moved in it was extremely dirty! The other housemates don't clean their dishes and pots, and the kitchen sink is always gross, filthy and obstructed. Also, there are not enough kitchen tools for everyone! After a week I saw a MOUSE in the kitchen.
My room wasn't that bad but the TV didn't work, the desk, chair and wardrobe were literally falling apart so I didn't use them. The carpet was also very ruined.
In the bathroom there is no toilet paper and there are not enough toilets and showers for everyone!
For the maintainance of the house it is not worth the money!
When I was shown the contract they told me about the sheets optional package which turned out not to be optional and I had to pay for it!
Now, after almost 2 months since I moved out I received my bond back. I texted, emailed and called them several times but that didn't help. I contacted RTBA (Residential Tenancies Bond Authority) for assistance and finally got my bond back.
Just don't go there!

Stayed at their property in Caulfield South for almost a year , had a very pleasant stay. They addressed any issues that arose and dealt with them efficiently. Cleaners helped us keep the place clean and the accommodation was fully furnished with a nice lawn/backyard. Overall it was a good experience. Faith the manager is quick to respond to any problems and is easy to get in touch with via email. Thank you House Share Melbourne.

Position very good! It is like a big hostel that provides kitchen and quite a few toilets and showers. Unfortunately it's quite old with holes in the walls and on the ceilings. The maintenance should work harder according to me. However, I was living in a very big studio with two other friends. We had our own kitchen and bathroom. It was a good price to share in 3. We only missed a washing machine which was provided in a common laundry area paying a small amount. Overall not too bad even if we had many holes all over the studio. We stayed there for 3 months. We wanted to extend, therefore around Christmas time, before our lease was about to come to an end, we asked to extend until the end of March. After few days the office replied accepting our request. We waited less than one week before accepting because we asked if they could extend our lease for few more days in March. After one other week they replied to us that they rejected our request and it was not possible to extend anymore, even if one week earlier they told us yes. They have been very irrispectul and arrogant. On top of that at the end of our lease they didn't want to give us back the entire bond, pretending that there were some stuff missing from the studio, even if we left everything as it was at our arrival and even more we enriched the studio leaving back some of our good stuff. I really think they try to take advantage of people. Luckily, explaining carefully how we left the studio they gave us back the bond.
Since I am not able to reply to House Share comment, I would like to specify that the condition report was properly completed as soon as we entered the property and the House Share third party that verified our departure and the studio condition made a mistake and the House Share admitted such a mistake and gave us the entire bond back. That's why I pointed out that whoever would like to live there needs to be careful with such documents. Thank you for the reply.

My partner and I stayed at the 360 King St house, we do not have complaints about the management or the bond return as other people mentioned. they were very nice and helped me every time i needed it. But i think they should be stricter about the rules in the house, especially the cleanliness of the house. there is cleaners 6 days of the week which is excellent, however people got a way of making a mess every day, from leaving the dinning table unable to use, bathrooms in unbelievable conditions, rubbish in halls. etc. I think the management team should look for the people who make the mess and fine them or something because we were 30+ people living there putting up with the mess of some.
The house needs a fumigation because of the mice, if you keep your food in your own fridge you wont have problem.
As I mentioned before, the management staff is nice, helpful and we dont have any problem with our bond. they allowed to stay for 2 weeks more because of our new lease started a bit later, so thumbs up for that! 🙂

Would have no problem recommending these guys to my friends. Very professional service, have lived in quite a few share houses, none as quiet or clean as this one. Do a very good job keeping on top of backpackers and their dirty dishes. Won't be the last time I stay at one of their houses. Thank you.

Considerably nice place, except the company's attitude to solve any unexpected problems. I lived here for 3 months and was pretty satisfied until the last month. There was no hot water for almost 10 days and the company tried to avoid taking responsibility for that. EVERYONE sent complaint to them but they kept saying there is nothing wrong with the water and refused to fix it. Try to avoid this company unless you have no other choices.

The worse experience in 5 year renting in Australia. I received the room with insects, the kitchen is super dirty, your kitchen items may get stolen and the the real state gonna charge you lot for that, toilets terrible, and the staff is not proactive. (price vs, benefits 👎)
After they charge me lot of money that there're some things i don't understand, they have me wait to get my bond back (it's being more than i week).
