If you're ever in Korumburra, do yourself a favour and stop by the Korumburra Middle Hotel. The Parma here is absolutely amazing – crispy, perfectly cooked, and loaded with flavour - with super crispy chips. We've been three times now, and it never disappoints.

It's not just about the food though. The place is super family-friendly, with a welcoming vibe that makes you feel right at home. The service is always spot-on – friendly, attentive, and genuinely warm. Whether you're after a great meal or a relaxed spot to bring the family, this pub ticks all the boxes. Can't recommend it enough!

We had a wonderful night tonight. All the food was cooked to perfection. Amazing tender lamb and mixed grill, delicious sauces.
The dessert platter was beautifully presented and full of flavours.

Mushroom gnocchi was very good. Teenage kids enjoyed the parma, schnitzel and steak. Seafood chowder was also good but maybe a little watery.

Service was outstanding and they took extra care with one of our kids' peanut allergy.

Great country pub with the best hospitality and table service, approachable and friendly staff. Great atmosphere. Great fresh food and highly recommend the 12hr brisket you wont be disappointed. And the best part is that there is a menu that caters for dietary requirements including any allergies, vegan/vegetarian friendly, ceoclics. The Food was amazing, and a great selection of local wines. Will definitely be back.

We had the pleasure of dining at The Korumburra Middle Hotel last Friday night and chose from the special Valentines Day menu. We had Oysters Kilpatrick for appetisers then 3 Tastes of Gippsland for mains followed by the Chocolate Plate for dessert. All our meals arrived in a very timely manner and the wait staff were friendly and attentive. The food was very well presented and perfectly cooked. The share plate for dessert was absolutely delicious. My favourite was the Salted Caramel Tart. 5 star as always. Highly recommend the Middle for any occasion!

Staff are absolutely lovely and polite & so professional😀
Im so impressed and I believe the meals are even better than before and they were great then✅️

Also celebrated my sons 18th 🎊out in the lovely outdoor court yard a few months back. Again staff were absolutely fantastic and the stress was minimal.😀

Service was excellent. Place looks nice and clean. Food was hit n miss. Thai dish lacked flavour with average vegies. Meat platter was good but not outstanding.

Hit n miss meals, good service and ambience.
Peking duck with pistachio was lovely (most of it, the thicker part of the duck was overcooked). The accompanying sauce and carrot puree were exceptional.
Duck with fried rice at best was average. The vinaigrette overpowered the taste of duck .
Pavlova dessert was very good whilst the apple/macadamia crumble was good/average.
Service was fine and the ambience of the pub was welcoming.
