Catering was fantastic for my father’s 90th birthday, wraps & sandwiches were delicious and freshly made, cheese & fruit platters were well done and delicious. All were very happy with the food thank you very much.

Thank you Brent for the fantastic catering for my father in laws 80th this weekend. Everyone was well fed and loved the food. Gourmet sandwiches and the normal sandwiches platters, hot food platters, cheese platter, fruit platter and the deluxe sweets platter. All went down a treat and rave reviews from the guests. Delivery/timing was perfect and communication with you was easy.
Sincere thank you and we highly recommend to anyone looking to make the catering of their event simple, reliable and enjoyable!

We had a family birthday at our place recently and I ordered from Brent's Catering. We got the sandwich platter, fruit platter, wraps / sandwich platter, hot food platter and mixed cakes & I picked up the food. All the food was delicious & fresh & ready for pickup at the required time.
Absolutely no complaints & will definitely use again.

Had Brent Sinclair Catering for what was going to be my baby shower. Unfortunately I ended up sick so cancelled the party but kept the Catering for the long weekend. Hubby, the kids and myself all enjoyed every bit whilst it lasted (we finished it all off) and it was so nice to have fresh (even when 2 days old 😐) food ready available and be able to rest while pregnant and unwell. 100% recommend and will definitely be coming back. The gourmet sandwich was so tasty!! Perfect balance of flavours.

Our experience with Brent was wonderful. Had to cater for a wake with very short notice and his service was fabulous. Sandwiches were simple and fresh, hot food was tasty and all was beautifully presented. Delivery was on time, servings were generous and he made what can be a challenging event to organise seamless.
