We had an amazing experience with Lonsdale Eco Cruise at Lakes Entrance! Mel was so lovely and accommodating throughout the whole trip, making sure everyone was comfortable and having a great time. The homemade scones she served were absolutely delicious – definitely a highlight! A big thank you also to her husband, who was a fantastic guide. He was so knowledgeable and made sure we got an incredible close-up view of the seals, which was such a special moment. Highly recommend this cruise to anyone visiting Lakes Entrance!

We went on the Lonsdale Eco Cruise as part of a family holiday for my Dad's birthday. What a delightful journey. We called ahead and spoke to Mel, who was very accommodating and said we could arrive and pay on the day for our group of 8. I was pleasantly surprised to see a sign at the ticket booth that they offer gluten free scones, which was super exciting for us as half of our group are coeliac, so mentioned as we were paying and absolutely no problem for them to accommodate. We sat on the top deck and had a magnificent view of the water. The captain shared lots of knowledge of each part of the journey, including history of the area and local landmarks. Mel's scones were fabulous! The gluten free scones with jam and cream were delicious! Our birthday boy got a larger serving and enjoyed his morsel very much. Mel came up to have a chat with us, a very friendly person. I highly recommend taking this site seeing cruise if you're in the area, an absolute must!

We went on the 3hour Eco cruise. It was such a fabulous afternoon. We saw plenty of wild life. The Australian and New Zealand Fur seals were a delight to watch.Plenty of bird life including all 5 species of Cormorants. Our Captain was very knowledgeable of the area and gave a very informative narration as we cruised the waterways.Mel's scones were delicious. We will definitely go aboard another of these cruises.Thank you for giving us a relaxing and delightful cruise.

Fantastic experience on the Lonsdale Eco cruise today on Lakes Entrance wonderful commentary by the captain Tony gave us great history of lakes system, wildlife, townships and early settlement in the area. Linda the host was extremely friendly and provided galley cooked scones onboard, plus unlimited tea & coffee made it for wonderful cruise can throughly Recommend.

We had a great time on the morning cruise, seal's were great to see at the entrance. Water was so clear...
Tea and coffee provided. And most of the people on board were curious. Very knowledgeable captain. Great time...!

We saw so much wildlife, including seals, dolphins, pelicans, swans, and many birds!
There are so many beautiful islands around Lakes Entrance that you would not see otherwise!
A thoroughly enjoyable afternoon on the water cruising all the way down to Metung! The captain was most informative, and Mel's scones were delicious!! Highly recommend if you need a dose of nature!

3 hour eco cruise…. Captain Tony was very knowledgeable on the area and wildlife and was very interesting to listen to. The boat was great with indoor and outdoor sitting areas. Easy to move around so was able to get good photos. Mel’s famous scones that are baked on board whilst we are cruising did not disappoint… it was truely such a fabulous afternoon… would highly recommend. 👍

Fantastic afternoon cruise with Lonsdale Eco Cruises. Skipper and staff very friendly. Plenty of seals in the channel mouth of Lakes Entrance. Relaxing cruise up and around the islands. Nice way to finish off our visit here 👍
