An incredible spot to visit in Shepparton! The collection of vintage cars, trucks, and bicycles is truly impressive, and the costume display and Furphy collections are fantastic bonus that adds extra charm. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the space itself is quite large — it took us about 1.5 to 2 hours to explore everything. Well worth the ticket price and definitely a must-see!

Has something for everyone! I admired the early cars, bikes, motorbikes, radios, classic iconic brands, buses and trucks from past generations. It was all so fascinating, only my eyes started watering at the end from the strong motor oil smell.

Also enjoyed the clothing exhibition to the left, with such an array of clothes from different decades. There was a thought provoking exhibit on animal hides and skins turned into accessories at a time when people were less scrupulous about it. All well labelled plus a very knowledge and nice staff member who was happy to explain.

Absolutely loved the Loel Thomson Costume Collection: A Vast and Fascinating array of incredible pieces of Australian clothing dating from Edwardian to 1980s - creatively displayed thematically to really breathe life and understanding into each piece!
All of this was enhanced 10 fold with the enthusiastic interpretation of Lorel - one of the team of volunteers that maintains the collection. One of the best museum curators and guides i have ever had the pleasure of encountering!
The cars, trucks, bicycles and buses were also kinda cool too.

Well worth a stop if you're into motor vehicles of any age, a huge collection of cars, young and old, Harley Davidson display, bicycles, trucks, and buses. Loads of information informing history, a big furfy display, and so much more. It's worth every cent for a reasonable entry fee.
