Great service, I had to call for roadside side assistance had someone come out within an hour they replaced my battery and was very helpful

The person I had to call was great very helpful and understanding

I would definitely be referring my family to take out insurance with RACV

I am very pleased I had a great experience.

Yesterday on the 8th of July 2023. I took my springer spaniel pup for a walk. After we finished I had to place my keys and purse inside the car to pick my dog up and put her in the car. As soon as I shut the door. She stood on my keys and lock her self in. Three calls to RACV assist being a road side memeber. Nathalia RACV refused to come out even after the police spoke them. Claiming the roads where not suitable for a two wheel drive. 5 hours out in the cold. RACV cost me a rear window I had to brake to let my dog out and so I could go home. I have this service because I have no family and new in the area. You claims to service Australia wide. Yet you Nathlia RACV. Even refused Segent Thomson request to come help me. Arguing with him they cant get theri vehicle through. Shame on you. I hate to be lost and locked out. I really dont have faith in the service. Even changing a tyre 3 weeks ago on my car. Was a grumpy response and complaining to do it. Maybe RACV needs to reviews their roadside assist guys for not providing a service. When a police is telling them the roads are safe. The roads are safe.

The customer service is seriously lacking. Every time I have gone into this branch, I try to convey my questions as respectful and kind as I can. Unfortunately, the representatives I have spoken to seem to take questions as a personal attack and argue their answers. I am always left feeling my questions hadn’t been answered and bullied.

Awful customer service.
When you ring for over an hour and you leave a message and you still don't get a call back. I'd be in my right mind to change insurers.
Also have stuffed up my roadside assist, over charged me and put it both of my cars, which I only need one policy as it is total care. Unreal.

My husband and & I want to say a big Thank you to the RACV staff that helped us when our vehicle broke down. Each staff member was very friendly, helpful and professional. Our vehicle and us got home safely with very little stress.

had a single item insurance policy with RACV and they discontinued this service earlier this year. Instead of pointing me in the direction of the very company they take the policy out with instead they just cancel my policy and im now left with a broken phone and no insurance . Great thinking guys.
