A pretty standard pub atmosphere and dining experience. The staff and service were great. Surf and turf was average for the price but a decent serve. Overall, good!

Excellent service very welcoming. Food was outstanding, rib eye special to die for, chicken snitz was also brilliant. Highly recommend!

Ordered the rib eye special, good size, but unfortunately unevenly cooked and overall overcooked, shame as the steak had good flavour and seasoning. Good pub portions, chips were crunchy, but also looked a bit overbooked, onion rings were good. Salad was ok, but the lettuce was room temp. Not a bad place though.the mushroom sauce was a gravy, not a fan, suggest adding garlic butter as an option.

Staff were amazing. Food was faultless. Huge plates of food, even the seniors meal!! Responsibly priced. Pet friendly beer/dining garden at rear of venue also. Staff even supplied water without asking, for our dog.

Drove from Melbourne to Shepparton to go to the Move Automotive Museum.
We went to the Aussie pub from a recommendation off a mate Albert M,
This pub is the best place I’ve been to in a long time. Very friendly happy staff , spotless venue & the lunch 🥗 was outstanding.
I had a porterhouse steak 🥩 that was cooked perfectly to my liking, with chips & salad 🥗.
My mate had grilled fish 🐠 chips & salad & he said it was delicious.
Our drinks were nice & cold . Very reasonable on price & I loved that the owner of the pub was hands on & present at it busy time.
I actually spoke to the owner & let him know how impressed we were with his establishment, he thanked us & was very happy with our comments.

We ate at Aussie Hotel for lunch. Unfortunately, we did not enjoy our meals. I ordered the roast beef. This was very dry and tough, like it had been reheated. The potatoes had no flavour and were quite oily. The veggies were raw. My husband had the fish and chips. The chips looked like they had been cooked in old oil. The staff were very friendly, but were very quick to clear our plates without asking how our meal was. A waste of our hard earned money and an unmemorable experience.

Visiting and found this beautiful clean, friendly and fantastic pub for dinner for the family.
Steak amazing, pizza demolished and kids spaghetti the best he’s ever had!
Generous serves and well priced. Staff were very friendly and helpful. If we lived closer we would be here every week!!
