Bed is huge and comfortable. Well designed so you have desks, tables and bench tops so you have everything where you can put your suitcase etc, specially in bathroom where there’s not always space for anything. But, I had all my things spread on the bench top

Breakfast was included in our accommodation arrangement and it was top of the range breakfast with very sophisticated dining area.

To top it all off, the hotel has Tesla charging station for EV cars, where we didn’t even get charged, but charged my car😆😀😀

Ian and Mary were very accommodating. Excellent food and excellent service.

Modern bright room at the motel like end of the complex. New sparkling bathroom. Unfortunately that’s where the good news ends. When we checked in late in the day we noticed no complimentary water (water in fridge is $4.50). Only one spare pillow for a king sized room. A coffee maker but only one coffee pod. Bed was so soft my husband and I got backache. And to top it all off the shower wasn’t working. This was fixed promptly the following day but no compensation was offered. Upon checking out I asked for compensation for the loss of the shower. I was repeatedly told “these things happen” and grudgingly given a few dollars off.

First time staying here for work. Bed is super comfy. Water pressure is good, and the hot water fantastic! Large step-in shower. Split-system air-con was a bit temperamental - had to press buttons a few times to get the hot air flowing, but warmed the room up very nicely. Heaps of parking. Was very busy when I was there. TV was a bit off - no signal for lots of channels, if you stood or sat right on front of it (like in bed). Plenty of bench and table space, but the chair was too low for the table, so I used the little coffee table instead.
Loses points for: no Kookas cookies, no electric blanket, Hotel guide indicates a night-tray or takeaway pack for breakfast (continental), but when I asked at reception, they said hot breakfast in restaurant only. Still, nice. Pillows soft and fluffy. My room down the back must've been close to the train station - heard the occasional tooting of the train, but didn't disturb me.

Placed on one of the busiest roads and no sound proofing in the rooms. Good place for walking though and close to the art gallery and Botanical Gardens. However very expensive rooms for level of service. TVs don't work very well and are awkward to use.

100% recommended hotel, nice beds and well cleaned room. Enough parkings and quiet space. Breakfast is just bravo, ladies are so nice to help. More than happy to coming back again.

Went to the restaurant yesterday( public holiday). We have arrived at 7.40 pm and the first thing the waitress named Mary said to us was “you better hurry up and eat because we will be closing at 9 pm to the dot”. no greetings. nothing. |When she picked up the menus off the table, she was in such a hurry and ended up dropping some of my cutlery on the floor but never even bothered to pick them up or replace them with new ones. |When the food arrived at the table, she just slammed the food on the table and didn’t even bothered to pour water into our glasses. Mind you, this is a fine-dining restaurant and we expect high standards.|Even though the restaurant was meant to close at 9 pm, she stared packing everything up by 8.05 pm. It was very noisy in the back, dropping things and chatting. By 8.40 pm all the lights were turned off and they were ready to leave, while we were still eating. Halfway through our meal, she left the dessert at the side of the table, leaving the ice cream to melt. Restaurant closing for dining at 9 pm does not mean that the workers get to go home at 9 pm as well. The standard service should be provided until 2100 hours and the cleaning can commence afterwards. Recently I was required to stay in Shepparton for work, I was delighted to find that there was a mid week price that rivalled the motel the company I work for usually engages with. For business reasons this hotel was better placed for my recent trip. ||Located across from Victoria Lake, it is very easy to locate. It is also walking distance to the eateries in town, however if you are overnighting the restaurant at the hotel is exquisite. ||Customer service was professional and welcoming. I arrived about 19:00 and left at 04:30 so I did not really get time to do more than sleep. The room is adequately appointed and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. There is a huge chair in the corner of the room that was just wonderful to sink into to watch some television. Shower has amazing pressure and it was a good size. || Parking is very reasonable and there is an exit onto the side street making it easy to get in and out of. ||
