Worst shopping experience ever. I will never walk into anaconda again.
False advertising of prices on the internet also false answers to questions about prices from staff in the store.
Something definately needs to be changed.

I walked into Anaconda Shepparton today. It was the very first time I've ever been in one of the stores. I enlisted the assistance of staff member Dan. And can I just say, this lovely gentleman has the most amazing customer service I think I have ever had in my life. He pulled down the 6 rods I was purchasing and broke them down and secured each of them for travel with rubber bands after carefully checking each rod was perfect. If I could give him 10 ⭐ I'd give him 20. Thank you, Dan, for making my first Anaconda experience so pleasant. No doubt I will return in the future.

Each time I visit this store I am extremely happy with the service I receive. The staff are friendly and helpful and happily go above and beyond. Today was no different. Kaleb was wonderful to deal with, an absolute treasure.
I couldn't recommend this store more for all your outdoor needs.
