Immerse in the Yarra Valley - Dixons Creek, Victoria

We (party of Six) had a lunch reservation in the main dining space. The food was phenomenal, not a single critique. We had a combination of entrees, mains and desserts. The staff hosting the causal (free) tasting bar were fantastic, happily explaining about each wine and allowing many testers. We at no time felt rushed or like we were causing an inconvenience for being indecisive. Wines were all lovely. Particularly loved their sparkling Shiraz.

We were there in mid May so the roses were out in bloom, the weather stunning. We had a game of corn-hole in the yard, as well as a little hit up of cricket. A beautiful day out with the family.

We had the most incredible wedding at Immerse in the Yarra Valley! From start to finish, their communication was prompt, professional, and reassuring—making the entire planning process stress free. I was so lucky to have spotted an Immerse lunch package on luxury escapes and enjoyed it yesterday. My wife and I can't begin to rave enough about our experience at Immerse. The staff were some of the nicest we've ever encountered. The food was spectacular and their wines incredible value for money. We'll certainly be back and will join the Immerse wine club. Well done guys!!

We got married at Immerse in November 2024 and couldn't have chosen a better venue for our special day! From the very beginning, the wedding team at Immerse were fantastic at communication, so prompt and thorough with their replies and most of all, always so kind!! They made the wedding planning process so much easier and each time we went to visit we were blown away by the service by everyone there. Special shout out to Lauren who was our main go-to person during the process - you always made us feel so at ease!
All of our guests loved the food, service and atmosphere at Immerse on our wedding night and we could not fault a thing!
Thank you to the Immerse wedding team for helping us do such a beautiful set up in the reception area and for making our wedding day so seamless and stress-free. We especially appreciated the extra touches, like keeping our food warm while taking our sunset photos, and ensuring our glasses were never empty (shout out to John!).
Trust that we will be back for our anniversary - thank you again Immerse for everything!

Could not recommend getting married at Immerse enough! From start to end the Immerse wedding team took care of us and made the whole planning process so much easier! You can tell they genuinely care about your experience and we are so so happy we chose Immerse as our venue. We had an amazing wedding and the staff and managers were all so helpful and so kind, the wedding day went perfectly and they helped us out with any last minute hiccups such as our ceremony acoustics pulling out last minute - staff stepped in and handled the ceremony music seamlessly and I barely had to go through anything with them just gave them the playlist and it all went perfectly!

Could not recommend Immerse in the Yarra Valley enough and we will forever be grateful we got to truly enjoy our amazing wedding day because the team was so helpful and allowed us to!

It was the most fascinating experience ever!!! We went for wedding last Sunday, and the vines the beautiful setting was just perfect. From the moment we sat down to the moment we left we were made to feel special. Staff were beyond fantastic, so obliging and kind. Perfect setting .. perfect staff.. perfect wedding.. would we go back there In a heartbeat!

I attended a wedding as a guest for the afternoon & evening. (I didn't stay overnight.) The venue was beautiful & the staff were friendly & very attentive with drinks. The food was really nice & they have a great dance floor area. The wedding party thanked the staff for all of their help in their speeches. I thought it was a great venue for a wedding.
