They used to be good, but they shrunk the Aisles, and now, with the plastic trolleys, if there is a person on either side, good luck getting up the Aisle and all the self packers for home delivery block the way all the time gone down hill not as customer friendly as it used to be . Staff are great but what were management thinking

I seldomly shop here, but was driving through at the time and decided to shop. However, I soon wished I had not! The first thing picked up was the cordial (Bickfords Tropical), only to find it was priced at $9! Yes, $9.00! Not only are the shelves bare at present, due to the WOOLWORTHS STRIKE, they are drastically price gouging! I proved this this evening when I went to another supermarket (that's independent), and found Bickfords Tropical cordial for $4.50! Whilst it was far from a Black Friday sale on Black Friday (and only Save 50c as original price $5), it would still be $4 less on the IGA original price than that of $9.00 at Woolworths! There needs to be a customer protest to take a stance against the opportunistic and greedy nature of Woolworths by not shopping there anymore! Let's also not forget, Woolworths is also the Supermarket that REFUSED TO STOCK ANY AUSTRALIA DAY MERCHANDISE FOR AUSTRALIA DAY THIS YEAR (which is another reason why I have not shopped at Woolworths for much of this year) !

Okay the reason for one star is as follows;

1.) this Woolworths has slipped in general cleaning, the floors are filthy anytime of day.

2.)while I do love a well stocked supermarket however I don’t like is the isles blocked with pallets upon pellets and 10 odd staff just stacking shelves loudly talking about crap

3.)this brings me to the staff while friendly again there too busy stacking shelves to actually serve the people at the check out tonight only one check was open?! However when the customer in front of us and behind us had to wait for your check out lady to finish her break and purchase her cigarettes to get service…when it was finally our turn and she had scanned all our groceries we paid with cash and then proceeded to give us the wrong change we are honest people and told her she had made a mistake she didn’t even thank us for our honesty afterwards we proceeded to the car park and realized once again she had given the wrong amount of change this time ripping us off my a few dollars!

This will be my shopping place. Easy parking, 1st visit looks clean and friendly staffs. They have range of products and well displayed.

Honestly cannot fault Woolworths. Especially love Seville Woolies! Not only are they the closest supermarket to me as they have more in rural areas.

It is evident they have

-great staff morale, all are friendly and just wanting to help.over the past couple of years from offering my kids stickers to distract them or a piece of ham from deli (I didn’t ask, they offered) on shopping, to being helpful with questions about produce or items, to even just being friendly at the conveyor belt
- their reward system trumps Coles and flybuys big time.
-their click and collect service has also always been a great standard and if there are substitutes they are really good with replacements.
- I can always trust their produce has good use by.

Well done guys!!! As someone who used to be a huge Cole’s shopper in Eltham years ago, I’m a huge convert.

Can no longer find anything. Can't get near the shelves for shelf stackers and on line orders being filled. Never enough staff on the checkouts. Aisles are now too narrow. We've started going to Coles. Better varieties.
