We were bumbling around Warburton area looking for a winery and found Killara. This winery has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, the deck overlooks the vines. The food was magnificent at a reasonable price point, with a lovely selection of wines to wash it down with.
Also very doggo friendly.....highly recommend for a relaxing time.

Lovely views, wait staff were wonderful. The food was OK. Wine was nice.
Dining area was incredibly noisy, difficult to hear others at the table speaking, we did move to another area separate to the main dining room which was much better.

Stunning location and a perfect spot to sit outside and have a bite, a drink and just take in the fantastic view. We had a fairly big group and it was pretty hot. The only space they really had for this didn't have great cooling, which just made it not the most comfortable.
Food, drink and staff fantastic. Location and view amazing. Actual venue itself for large groups, not the worst but not the best. If the weather wasn't too bad I would imagine it would be ok.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
We booked a tasting for 40 people with Kev at Killara the day after our wedding and it was just fantastic. One of the most beautiful and scenic wineries we could have taken our family from NZ and Ireland.
Kev was brilliant, bringing laughter and smiles with every new wine.
The food looked phenomenal as well.

Would most definitely recommend Killara for any event big or small.

We stopped at this stunning winery today for lunch. The views were gorgeous. Service was great. I had the tortellini which was yummy and huge. The flathead tails, arancini and rocket salad were all enjoyable. I enjoyed a glass of sparkling moscato. Would def return and would recommend you visit it's really enjoyable and pretty.

We had a beautiful lunch and tasting today at Killara as a part of our work social Club, the food and wine was lovely and the views were breath taking. In my haste, I didn't get a chance to thank the staff. So thank you to Kev and the crew for being so accommodating to our group, we hope to see you again soon!

This winery has real potential. The staff were quite nice, and with some training around basic service skills - anticipating patron needs, being attentive and on the ball, knowing the food and drinks menu, and knowing what’s available and what’s not to inform patrons, service would be elevated to a professional level. Additionally, there are some nice menu items, but the addition of a qualified and experienced chef may elevate the quality of the food to what most people would consider restaurant or cafe standard, and to the standard expected in an international wine region.

What a beautiful winery to sit and enjoy the views, wine and food! Service was amazing and nothing was too much trouble! Definitely worth a visit and look forward to coming back
