What a stunning spot for lunch and a glass of wine!
We had the most delicious wood fired pizzas and wine at Whispering Hills (the lamb pizza is to die for!!)
The service was excellent, so friendly and accommodating. We brought our 3 month old puppy with us too, which was welcomed by the staff.
Not to mention, the venue itself is so beautiful! We sat with views of the vineyard while we had lunch, it was perfect. We will absolutely be back! Thank you for having us.

We visited a few cellar doors, and this was one of the best. It may not have the views that surrounding wineries have, and the car parking is unclear (this almost made us keep driving, as we simply didn’t know where to park), but the wines were the best we’d tried on the day, and Murray was the most hospitable and down to earth winemaker and sommelier in the area that we’d encountered. Murray was also one of the most generous with the tasting serve size and charged a reasonable price for it. Definitely add Whispering Hills to your itinerary.

Absolutely one of the best pizzas I have ever tasted!! The wines were so nice as well. Murray was an amazing host and the pizzas were cooked to perfection by his wife in with the wood fire oven. Definitely coming back again!!

Beautiful place for wine and pizza. Wine is good, especially the Syrah (red). Pizza was great, wood fired. Dough was amazing. Highly recommend this place if you are thinking of getting away from Melbourne for a weekend away. Service 2nd to none.

Very friendly staff and a relaxing atmosphere. Dogs are allowed in the outside seating which was great, right next to some of the grape vines! Would definitely recommend this as a winery to stop-off at if you have dogs.

Wood-fired pizzas were delicious, although would love some additional toppings next time! Food in general was great however and it was a great place to spend lunchtime with drinking a selection of wines. Top marks for the staff there - they were great!

Absolutely exceptional winery experience! Murray, the talented winemaker, guided us through a superb selection of well-crafted wines, with the 2010 Appasimento stealing the spotlight in its exquisite Amarone style. Marie-Ann's culinary skills are unparalleled – her mouthwatering pizzas, made with the finest ingredients, were an unexpected delight along the Lilydale to Warburton rail trail. A must-visit for wine enthusiasts and food connoisseurs alike.

Drop by for late lunch and owner was very accommodating. Family friendly place and staff was very friendly. Kids love their firewood pizza. Sadly grapevines are resting, else the scenery would be awesome. They had a cellar next door and owner offered free tasting. I bought home a bottle Pinot Noir.
