The whole dinner was excellent! The steak was cooked to perfection, compliments to the chef

One criticism though.... the music 🎶 wasn't dinner music. Bruce Springsteen singing "Born in the USA" wasn't really what we wanted to hear.

The service was great.

My Margarita was a little too sour!

We have been going there on and off for years and we will definitely be going back.

My partner and I went to WCCE on a Friday for the steak night. Ellie, the waitress, was amazing. So kind, bubbly, friendly and accomodating.
We got the oysters kilpatrick for entree and they were some of the best oysters we have ever had.
We both got steaks for dinner and they were beautiful cuts or meat that were cooked perfectly the way we like it.
Would definitely recommend going!! We will definitely be back!!!

We stayed at a Wallace Homestead villa for one night. While it was clean, it was full of insects and spiders. The manager was not welcoming at all. When we asked for the Wi-Fi password, he told us to find it in the book, which was missing. When we called again, we overheard him instruct another waiter to tell us that he had already left. This was pathetic behaviour and very unwelcoming. Breakfast was included, and despite informing them that we are vegetarian, they still served bacon. Definitely not recommended.

The location is very good. But the property needs to put more effort to maintain it. The sheer curtains are all broken and should be replaced by new one. The room is clean but outside should to put more effort to make it tidy and clean

Service was appalling, only asked once if we wanted drinks and never again! Mains took forever and as they cleared the plates we were handed the bill….we asked if we could order coffee and dessert and were told that the coffee machine was off and kitchen closed! It wasn’t even 10pm!!!!!!!!

I enjoyed a wonderful 70th Birthday celebration with my immediate family in the lovely restaurant room, which was lit up by a glowing fireplace and a very warm and engaging hostess where nothing was too much trouble. The service was outstanding, the high quality food was delicious with generous portions. The menu included a broad selection of meals to cater for all tastes and ages, including children's meals. The chef should also be commended for the presentation of the meals. Wines were sublime/silky smooth and the love heart wagon outside where we took our family photos in the picturesque grounds topped off a very memorable afternoon. I was also presented with a lovely bottle of red when leaving, which was very thoughtful and highly appreciated. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Wild Cattle Creek Estate for our anniversary. We stayed in one of the villas which was lovely, clean and perfect for a nice night away. We received a free bottle of wine on arrival and a very generous private wine tasting (with other guests/no public) on the house. We then stayed for a beautiful meal (which was all incredible) with very generous cocktails, in front of a lovely warm fire!! Nikki was amazing!! She went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed the wine tasting and our dinner. Was a just what we were after and will be back again! Thank you. Chris & Sam xx

We attended for lunch today. Unfortunately a nice young man forgot our order as it was his first day (so 4 stars instead of 5 :). However the food was fantastic and the lovely waitstaff clearly felt terrible about the mix up. Highly recommend. My eye fillet was cooked to perfection and the potatoes were simply amazing. We'll be back!
