I always use this bus between melton and airport when ever I go overseas
But today Sunday on the 5th of May 2025 I travelled with my family but being very disappointed with the driver attitude
He did not help us in loading and unloading our luggage though he unloaded luggage for the rest of customers I could not understand his uneven behaviour
But I even support the bus service because just because of one bad employee we can't blame the company services it is otherwise the best service

Used the shuttle bus service to and from Tullamarine for a trip interstate. First was a coach which was very comfortable. Simon was a very friendly, courteous and professional driver, and so was Nick on our return trip. Our vehicle was kept safely stored for us while we were away. Overall an excellent service. Nice modern buses with good air-conditioning and working seat belts. The easiest way to travel from Melbourne Airport to Ballarat by any means. Friendly driver and even happy to get heavy international suitcases in and out of the under compartments. Worth the money and great service.

Great experience heading out on my trip. Not being from Ballarat, paid for valet service and parking for 17 days. Was super easy to park at train station so all good. However, on getting on 8.20pm bus after flying from London was told that my car would be at bus depot. In opposite direction from accommodation near train station. Not advised of this earlier. Not happy. Added extra time to already long day. Beware if you are arriving late and expecting your vehicle to be where you left it.
