Placed an order online the night before for a Small moving truck. Received a phone call from the Ballarat branch in the morning confirming my order. The staff and team are super friendly and intuitive. They provided me with a brand new moving truck. It was a delight to drive and operate. I would highly recommend SIXT Ballarat. I couldn't find 12 seater in Melbourne metro area close by so went all the way to Ballarat. Competitive pricing and they have well maintained vehicles.

Our car broken down on the way to Adelaide, RACV got us the rental car from the Sixth. When we arrived, we found out that we need the physical credit card to pay the deposit, unfortunately we left our bag in our car as we have Apple Pay and digital licence. We tried to get some cash from others but it was not acceptable. We were told that the office will be closed at 12 pm. The staff believed we do not have enough time to get taxi to pick up the card. They made it very clear that they won’t wait even 1 minute. Our son has golf tournament in Adelaide, we nearly begged the two staff and 1 manager. The answer was definitely NO. I have been in Australia over 30 years, you find people who always so helpful and kind, willing to help. Very honest, it was the first time I have met such cold people here in Australia. Lucky my husband got back at 11:58am. Otherwise we don’t know what to do. Everybody needs help, I believe they will need the help one day.
