Fabulously clean facility. Comfortable and cosy. Not a shiny modern motel but the location was great as was the rate. We booked at the last minute and were so pleasantly surprised by what we found. Reception staff were lovely too. Will definitely return. Thank you

We had a lovely stay over Easter. Yes the bathroom is a little dated but it was spotlessly clean. Lovely hot showers, spacious room and very accommodating and friendly staff who couldn't do enough for us. Will definitely stay again. It was a great location also.

This hotel is well situated and extremely functional. It has a good sized room with microwave, fridge, Netflix and everything you’d need for a comfortable affordable stay. The rooms are around the back so they are quiet. Also, the manager is super kind and helpful.

Older motel, but extremely clean and well maintained, very polite staff. Highly recomend. Nice quiet location and not to far from main attractions. Room has comfy bed a big TV with Foxtel. Jug and cups need to ask for any other cutlery etc. Enjoy

I was here on business, so location wise to work, it was ideal. The room was clean and quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Well located to good places to eat. The service from booking and check-in was good.|I will be staying here from now on every time I am in Ballarat.|

The room was big, clean and smelled fresh. Staff were very friendly and helpful. |Great location. Easy check in and out. |The only thing I would suggest is a sun shade over the pool and BBQ area… and giving the outdoor tables and chairs a good clean of cobwebs.

Great little spot away from the hustle and bustle. A non-heated outdoor pool, perfect for those hot summer days! Shops nearby and a laundromat not far from here. Comfortable rooms with easy access.
The only downfall was they offered kids toys for the pool in their information book but didn't have any. We managed to get a couple of pool noodles from the local woollies. If your children rather toys or such for the pool, make sure you have them before arrival. Nice little spot otherwise.

Great location when traveling through western Victoria. The place is clean and tidy, and the staff are very friendly. You get everything you need at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!
