Stunning venue for our wedding, everything we ever dreamed of. Annaleise was an absolute stand out as coordinator, and Isabelle was beautiful to us both. Great drinks for our open bar, beautiful food, lighting (that gave us the most gorgeous photos), and stellar service from all staff. We were going for relaxed, fun and mountains of food and drink, as well as comfort of our guests in cocktail style. Everyone commented on what a fantastic venue it was. Thank you to the whole team, you're absolutely amazing!

We had our reception here and it was more than anything we could've asked for! There are so many things we loved about this space; and our guests loved it as well that they were raving about it to us weeks after the wedding.
Annaleise was our coordinator and she was an absolute angel throughout the whole process. She made everything so smooth for us and had such great insights for things we couldn't decide. Isabelle helped us out on the night too and she was so lovely to us throughout the night. We opted for the buffet self-serve option which our guests LOVED and the food was delicious with tonnes of leftovers available for them to take home.
Not only that, the warehouse kind of space was incredible with a large amount of seats, a private bathroom, some great hints of greenery and an accessible open bar. There was plenty of room for dancing and the couches to have a sit and chat with our guests.
We would re-live this day over and over and recommend this reception venue for anyone and everyone!

We just recently had our wedding at The Greenhouse and it was amazing! It’s the perfect venue but most importantly, the team there made the planning and the big day run so effortlessly! Special mention to Annaleise who was our coordinator from Welcome to Thornbury. She was amazing to work with! No email or phone call was ever too much for her and her professionalism as well as laid back approach to everything was perfect! The food was great also! Can’t recommend this venue highly enough!

We just recently had our wedding at The Greenhouse and it was the most magical and perfect night. Annalise was a dream to work with leading up to the day, the bar staff on the night were friendly and super attentive and the venue was beautiful. We used an external caterer so cant comment on food but I would highly reccomend this venue if you are after a rustic, laidback place for your celebration.

The worst wedding venue I have been to. The toilets were disgusting..they obviously hadn't even been cleaned. Broken toilet seat, toilet door that didn't lock. empty soap dispensers, urine all over the floor so your shoes stick to the floor. After I complained, it still hadn't been cleaned!! Haphazard serving of meals. Whoever manages this place is clueless or doesn't care about this business's reputation.

The venue is gorgeous, the floor staff are amazing and friendly, but that is where it ends. The food is below average, almost unacceptable, tasteless and stale, it's served cold and to be frank, needs to be sorted out. The delays between service was incredibly annoying (2hrs + to get like 5 foods out and as expected from recent emails, we had to chase up dietary foods). There were issues with the beer on tap and this was neither rectified or explained, simply blamed the supplier.

If you are someone who regularly throws parties, don't be fooled by the rooms aesthetics and friendly front of house staff (they are brilliant, friendly and efficient). It seems like in house staff and the venue itself are let down by external catering and the events team/processes. It's frustrating to have a minimum spend and still charge venue hire, its even more frustrating to hardly cater to dietary requirements without seeming like you're inconveniencing the chef, its also frustrating that you require full payment more than 7 days out from a function - something which I find very strange is that the bar tab was magically the perfect amount.

Staff today deserve 4-5 stars, the process and everything else is so below average it barely deserves 1.

*note they don't cater to kids in a cocktail setting, they just recommend paying for half of them so they get less pieces or you can spend even more getting food from the food trucks
