We held our twins’ 21st birthday party last night, out in the alcove. From the moment we met the wonderful Abbey, we knew we were in safe hands. All staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The planning itself was made very easy, and the event ran seamlessly. The ambience was beautiful and relaxed. Abbey herself was on hand throughout the evening without being intrusive at all. Would not hesitate to hold future gatherings or to recommend you to anyone. Thank you so much

Delicious food and option of buffet with soup, salads, roast veggies. The only thing I would suggest with hot veggies is to add more greens - not just peas. Service was ok, but an order on our table was forgotten about and came out when all of us almost finished our meals. Nobody came to our table to check that everything was ok or had all our meals. We had to get a waitresses attention to let them know they had missed a meal on our table.

Once again nine of us dined at the Paradise Hotel and we really enjoyed our time there. The food and the service was outstanding and we absolutely love the generous salad bar that is part of the dinner purchase price. We were seated in a nice room separate from the main area which was quite noisy. It is a lovely hotel to dine at!

Our group enjoyed dinner at the Paradise Hotel. The food and salad bar were excellent. The staff were young, cheerful and provided excellent service.

The ambience was good and we could converse with each other easily as it was not noisy. There are a number of different rooms and areas to enjoy a meal.

Certainly, we plan to go back again soon.

Had a fabulous meal at the Paradise. Service was great, despite being busy. Staff attentive and friendly. Our meals were tasty and lovely. Salad and veggie bar were well stocked and offered variety. Great experience.||Of note, we haven't been to this pub for a long time, no specific reason. Reviews read were off-putting and we didn't think we would come. But .. decided reviews can be based on a personal experience, and as we are reasonably optimistic folk, thought we would see for ourselves. So glad we did. We will be back.

Easy parking, great staff, cool cinema for entertaining the kids, all different seating choices including deep booths.
The food selection was ample and SALAD AND VEG BAR! YAY!! There is even an all you can eat cream machine for $5. You don't get that often these days.
There was a balloon magician onsite during lunch on Sunday when we went recently. He was amazingly talented and created a working bow and arrow!

Well, been here before on few occasions and was not impressed. But since the facelift this place is going to be our regular. An amazing salad and vege bar look I wasn't too happy with my steak I never usually order steak and it was over medium but I'm fussy and I should have stuck to the rest of the menu. My daughter was being the usual hyperactive toddler and wouldn't settle down so one of the girls that work there came out with a high chair and some colour in books and sat with her for a couple of minutes and was absolutely lovely. Thank you so much if I had some cash on me I would have left you a tip.

Lunch in the Bistro, Thai Green Curry Chicken bordered on Unedible|Should have sent it back as it was the Hottest Curry I have ever had|Covered in Chilli Flakes and certainly not green|Does the Cook/Chef taste his/her own cooking?||Thats the end of me going back there

Have dined frequently at the Paradise Hotel over the past two years. Staff always outstanding and food generally very good, with a good salad/hot veggie bar (please bring seafood back). There is also a lounge-room off the main bistro which is a good feature - it would be nice to have a television mounted in this area. This is for those of us who prefer to wait outside the Pokies while our other party members play.
