My wife and I had a wonderful time with Lake Mac Cruises....the service, the company, the food and the views were all excellent. The Captain along with 2 crew were very amiable and genuinely caring.

I highly recommend this cruise service to anyone who wants to have a wonderful quiet serene leisure time with friends and loved ones.

We both really enjoyed the cruise. The staff were friendly and efficient and the lunch was simple and there was plenty of it. No complaints from us whatsoever. We were fortunate enough to score ourselves a beautiful calm, sunny day as well. We will be back. ?

Lake Macquarie cruises gets my vote for a fabulous day trip. We were blessed with great weather. That, combined with the really warm and friendly staff, great views, good food, perfect duration, good pricing and really informative experience all whet our appetites to do it all again soon and bring others along to share the enjoyment!

We had a great time at Lake Macquarie Cruises! The view was gorgeous and the crew was lovely. We booked the lunch cruise so were treated with a nice barbecue lunch and dessert too. Even though it was sunny and 30 degrees out, we were seated in a shaded alfresco spot where we were met with the cool sea breeze. Lovely way to spend a weekend afternoon if you’re looking for something to do in Newcastle!

We have visitors from the UK and had a fantastic lunch cruise yesterday. The Lake was picture perfect and the Crew were too. So friendly and engaging. Great food, great cruise. Would definitely recommend this trip.

We had an amazing experience on Lady Mac's Lake Macquarie lunch cruise, overlooking the Offshore Super Boats. The crew was not only super friendly but also incredibly accommodating. Every single crew member provided top-notch service, making the trip truly memorable, especially for my husband’s birthday and our two year old. Also our food and drinks were divine. We look forward to our next experience and we can't recommend your service enough!

Wow! I cannot rate these guys highly enough. First time with them today on an absolutely gorgeous day! Wonderful experience, starting at the booking point with Nicole and extending to the perfect organisation on the boat (allocated seating), genuine hospitality, a yummy bbq and table service cakes with cream. Simply amazing and highly recommended.

Our cruise was booked for my son’s 18th birthday for weeks in advance. We had a party of 10 and a very excited birthday person. Unfortunately we received a call at 1400hrs stating the cruise was cancelled due to weather. Whilst I understand safety, the caller was extremely abrupt and inappropriate and even said I was lucky it wasn’t a teenage girl having a birthday as she would be much more disappointed than a boy.
My son was devastated but we ended up having a beautiful dinner at Lake Macquarie anyway. The weather was perfect (photo attached) and I’m not a sea captain but I honestly am confused that if a cruise is cancelled with the weather we experienced, how does this business make any money? Interestingly I did find on the terms and conditions that the cruise can be cancelled due to insufficient bookings. If this was the case, some notice would have been appreciated. Overall, very disappointed with the situation and the phone call manner. Do not recommend.
