Had roast of the day. Roast Beef. Sunday 4th May. The meat was so tough by far the worse meal ever here. The waitress is avoiding our table as the meat is sitting there on the plate hardly touched because we can't cut or chew it. So so disappointing.
First time ever they arent busy in the dining room. What has happened?

Had one of the best dinners that I have had in the Riverland! The scotch fillet was perfectly cooked and the vegetables were delicious! Highly recommend ! Great value at $38.00!

This is the place to go in Barmera if you're a bit curmudgeonly. A delightful lack of wild children running amok in the dining room, unlike another place in town. The menu is pretty good and the meals were reasonable. The staff were friendly and talkative as well.

Rooms were appalling. Run down, outdated, dirty. Wouldn't recommend staying there.
The pub and food were fine. Accommodation was the worst I've seen.

We had fantastic meals and service here during Easter and were so impressed with the caring attitude to the children in our group. Every effort was made to ensure their meals were just as they wanted them (no sauce on the pasta!!) and they thoroughly enjoyed every bite.
It was a busy night but the food was delivered quickly and efficiently.
