Beautiful cupcakes that are a treat to eat and easy to share. Several tables available inside, and there are more available outside as well. Small step to get in the store, but the toilets are not easy to get to/disability friendly. Lovely tea and tea pots, cups and saucers.

Took my mum (who is visiting from the UK) out for high tea, which is something she has always wanted to experience.
From the very second we stepped into the tea room we were wowed. The decor is so pretty, neat and just so many things to look at, especially with the Xmas decs up.
The staff were friendly and attentive and you could tell they genuinely enjoy their work/craft.
The high tea itself was delicious!! Especially the quiches and croissants from the savoury section. We were WOWED by the scones (so light and fluffy), each item was different in taste to what we expected and everything was so beautifully decorated and presented.
I’ll be sure to visit again myself and bring mum back next visit! Thanks ladies 🙂

Paired with a coffee, tea, or hot chocolate (seriously, yum), they’re the most perfect little treat. And don’t even get me started on their breakfast wraps—sensational! I’ve never had one that tasted that good anywhere else. The staff are so lovely, welcoming, and friendly, which just makes the experience even better. The place itself is set up beautifully and feels so warm and inviting. My niece absolutely loves coming here, whether it’s for the cupcakes, feeling fancy, or the one-on-one care we always get. I even grab cupcakes to bring to friends and family because they’re that good. Worth the drive from Semaphore, without a doubt!

I brought my Mum here today for high tea to celebrate her 60th birthday and we were absolutely blown away. The service, the decor and the food was amazing! We can't fault a thing, thank you so much for making her birthday celebration one to remember.

Not normally a cup cake type but couldn't resist the Chocoholic , awesome staff and a great spot to relax and watch the world go by.
Amazing coffee as well as plenty of seating options.
