This is quite possibly the most romantic lunch spot i have ever been too. We had champagne and sat there for a couple hours watching the world go by.

Shared the bread - which was incredible. The texture of the warm bread is glorious. Ordered the beef along with the passionfruit souffle. The food was wonderful. The souffle was a textural wonderland. We also ordered the chocolate fondant but it was a bit too rich and we abandoned it for the souffle. This was such a beautiful experience.

We had the most amazing lunchtime dining experience here today! Every meal was delicious! A delight for the tastebuds! Service is spot on and the atmosphere and views here are perfect! We have been here several times now and it is worth the 1hr 10mins to get here! We ate a lot as we always do because we just wanted to try everything! Lol

A wonderful time at D’Arenberg today. Before our lunch booking we had a complementary wine tasting and entry to the Salvador Dali exhibition in the cube - great fun! We had the 3 course lunch set price menu at D’Arry’s Verandah and it was truly memorable. We added some oysters to start. My highlight was the passion fruit soufflé but it was all delicious. Great service! Allow plenty of time to enjoy the whole experience. Highly recommended!

What a sensational lunch and dining experience! On Monday, I had guests in town and we headed out to McLaren Vale. We popped into the Verandah for lunch and they kindly sat us but I highly recommend making a booking because it was packed even for a weekday. The food was sensational and the lobster ravioli was like one thousand angels kissing my tongue

My family have been buying wine from here for years and when I'm back in Adelaide we often enjoy a drive up to the Vale and have lunch at the Verandah. The food is always delicious and each time we forget how generous the portions are, order 3 courses and roll out the door. It's a beautiful spot to while away a few hours.

This restaurant is amazing…you have to go! We had lunch after doing a wine tasting and visiting the Dali exhibition. Everything was exquisite from the welcome to the service to the amazing food. I ordered the beef and my wife the duck, and both were beautifully prepared and presented, and the flavours were to die for. My beef was so tender. The other thing that was great was that the portion size was very generous
for both the starter and the main dish. How many times have you been to a fancy restaurant only to leave hungry after spending $150 each? Not here!

It truly was one of the most delicious meals we have had for a long time. And it was very reasonable. For $90 you get the wine tasting, entry to Dali and a 2 course meal (excluding any drinks). Super value!

Absolutely loved it! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always checking in to make sure we were comfortable. The service was excellent, and the food—OMG, it was so good! Had an amazing experience at d’Arry’s Verandah from start to finish! The atmosphere was relaxed with stunning vineyard views, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the food and wine were absolutely outstanding - adding the cherry on top to an amazing experience.

The highlight was definitely their signature lobster dish. It was cooked perfectly and packed with rich, delicious flavour. The wine pairing took it to the next level and made every bite even more enjoyable. This place is a must-visit in McLaren Vale!
