I recently had the pleasure of tasting the 2021 Saperavi from Smidge Wines, and it truly exceeded my expectations. This wine offers a fantastic balance of rich, dark fruit flavors with an intriguing mix of earthy and spicy notes. Its deep color and robust structure make it a standout choice for any wine enthusiast.

What really impressed me was the personal touch included with my order—a handwritten message from the team. It added an extra layer of warmth to the experience and made it clear that Smidge Wines values its customers.

We were over from the Mornington Peninsular. We had a lovely time at Smidge with Matt. A really lovely and genuine guy. His wines are amazing. We're not sure if we enjoyed his wine or his company more.... Definitely one of our favorite stops in SA wineries. And we did a lot!

A good friend recommended I visit Smidge Wines in Mclaren Vale and I wasn't disappointed. The winemaker Matt was generous with his time and knowledge talking though each of the wines on taste. I've always enjoyed my reds and their Cabernet & Shiraz were outstanding and without a doubt wines of the day. Their sparkling Pet Nat was new to me and would not have thought to give it a go without being there. Totally worthit!! I'll definitely be back.
