We recently stayed at Serafino in McLaren Vale and had an amazing experience. The accommodation was great value—comfortable, clean, and set in a beautiful location surrounded by vineyards and gum trees. The team was incredibly accommodating, offering fantastic local recommendations that enhanced our trip.

Our wine tasting was led by Marty, who was fantastic. He made the complex world of wine approachable and easy to understand, all while keeping things down-to-earth and enjoyable. His passion and knowledge truly enhanced our tasting experience.

Highly recommend Serafino for both their accommodation and wine tasting. Looking forward to our next visit!

For the price the accommodation is very good! Nice comfortable beds and great facilities in the rooms. My issue is with transport in McLaren Vale! We couldn’t drive not get a taxi or Uber to take us out at night! The restaurant isn’t open week nights so take supplies if you want to eat dinner and breakfast. Organise transport ahead of time. Lovely pool and wonderful grounds for relaxing.

When we had to choose a venue for Mum's memorial my sister suggested Serfino and I am so glad she did. Mum was a viniculturist before she retired, so to say goodbye in such a beautiful winery, surrounded by vines, was fitting.

The staff were very understanding at a tough time and really helped the event run smoothly. Coordinating contractors, providing tech support, even adjusting the lighting for the memorial slides, it all happened quietly and without a fuss.

As someone who has worked in the event space for many years I would recommend the venue as a place I would come back to, without hesitation.

The room was very comfortable, large, very clean, huge TV, and very quiet. Great location and friendly staff. Highly recommended especially if you plan to walk or ride the local walking/bicycle trails - very central to all the good things in McLaren Vale.

We dined here for lunch, and it was wonderful! The food was very well presented, customer service from Francesca was wonderful, and the place, although quiet for lunch, was well-kept, beautiful and inviting. My only *suggestion* would be, that the music was a touch out of place, we loved the Italian, but was quite fast paced for such a “high class” restaurant, a more demure sound might have been more appropriate.

I would def recommend this place for staying over night , amazing stunning view with pink sky , it was one of the best place we were staying while we visited Adelaide! Staffs are so friendly and left two bottle of wine there and able to went back to pick up without any hassle!

Room was big with spa bath tub and worth the value , comfortable bad and spacious room, will def stay again next time if we ever come back

We spent one night while attending a wedding in McLaren Vale. Very friendly & professional staff on check-in & in the cellar door for our complimentary wine tasting included. A very large room, good aircon, very comfortable king size bed. Small kitchenette including a toaster & coffee machine. Rooms do need updating but everything is in good condition. A lovely quiet room.

Stopped in for a wine tasting and Marty gave amazing service. Such good quality wine and 7 tastings for $20. So much fun!
