On Holiday to Scotland and it has been the best holiday I’ve ever had. My tour guide Bill is excellent with fantastic knowledge of the area. I’ve been treated like a film star from start to finish.

I took my Sister on 'The Wild Atlantic Way', bus tour recently for her birthday. She just loves the film The Quiet Man. The trip to Cong made her day. It was a real birthday treat.
From day one we both had a brilliant time. Bill the tour guide was a mine of information, history wise.
The hotel was excellent for food and location. The pool and jacuzzi were brilliant too.
Kay the Maitre'd and Ed one of the food waiters stood out from the crowd at the Westport and Spa Hotel.
Well done Travel Solutions. We will be back.?

The best travel company. Just home from my 5th visit to Pamporovo and my sons 6th. Great value for money. Not one complaint. Everything spot on as usual from start to finish. Carole the representative in Aldergrove had already pre booked our seats as there were 3 of us. My son is a giant so the front row was perfect. The Hotel Perelick was 10 out of 10. Great location and facilities are incredible. Excellent staff who work so hard. Rooms spotless as are the bathrooms. Comfortable beds with snuggly linen. Really quiet at night too. The resort and ski school again so organised and the staff so helpful. Bill the representative in Pamporovo is also a star and really interesting to chat to. We also got the emergency exit on return flight which helps big time.
Already looking to next year!

Had a great few days in the lake district with travel solutions, felt very safe with our driver Jimmy. Sam also accompanied us and was very friendly and accommodating, the only down side was the Hotel very dated and freezing, heat never on in the bathroom so having a shower was out of the question !!!! several requests were made to put heat on, We were allocated a table on the first night which we had for the 4 days so it did not give us a chance to get to know the others on our tour, Food was luke warm except for breakfast which was great and thoroughly enjoyed, Overall we enjoyed the break the hotel was in a lovely setting with the wildlife in abundance, but please have heat on in mid november, we were chilled to the bone at night in the bedroom,

Trip to Vietnam booked through Travel Solutions. Various problems experienced. Some listed below
1. First hotel had no window. It was like spending 4 days in a cupboard.
2. 3rd hotel was like a dodgy b&b. Dust and ants everywhere. Paint peeling off the walls. Exposed wires. Got transfered to another hotel, but had to pay for our own way there.
3. Waiting for transfer back to airport to fly home. Taxi not arrived after half an hour. Turns out taxi booked by Travel Solutions for 14 months time!!!!

Had a great trip to the Royal Welsh Show last week. Our tour guide Alistair was great and made sure everything ran on time. Nothing was to much trouble. Our coach driver Gordon was brilliant and he was very helpful. Hotel and staff were good.
