Purchased a car in Adelaide that supposedly had “brand new” tyres on it, but after picking up the car we realised that this was not the case and that they were actually old, unroadworthy tyres. With not many options left at 3pm on a Saturday, and with an 850km drive back to Melbourne ahead of us, we decided to call Bob Jane Tmarts in Alberton & got put on to Harrison. We explained the situation and Harrison didn’t hesitate to take us in, 30 mins before closing on a weekend. If it wasn’t for Harrison staying back I’m not sure we would have made it back home again. Thanks to him and the crew at Alberton we made it back to Melbourne safely and in one piece. Highly recommend these guys can’t thank them enough 👍

As a regular customer of the Alberton store I have the utmost respect for Marcus. He never tries to up sell you a product he understands in great depth all of the different brands of tyres he is selling and perfectly matches your tyres and rims to your driving conditions. Friends who I have recommended to him are now return customers. His staff are very professional and work hard to limit the time you have to wait for your tyres to be fitted which for a busy person is very welcome.

Im a pretty critical person and sensitive to manners and consideration , honesty and greed issues - check my other reviews - but it doesn't really get any better than how these guys roll. I go there whenever I have an issue now. I'm sure it's down to the manager on duty ..but they have a good one there right now. He's polite , respectful, recognizes the long game and doesn't treat you like an idiot. Service goes a loooooong way.
Those who gave 1 star reviews , I wonder if they gave the store a chance to correct the problem before they posted?

Excellent... the boys are friendly and the service is fantastic ...good competitive pricing too plus Harrison did go up and beyond with his service because i did not want Pirelli tires and he suggested yokohama GO58 ... very very happy with his work and service .. well done guys and yes i do highly recommend clients to go to Bobjane tmart Alberton

Had new tyres and wheel alignment. 3 attempts and car was still horrible to drive. Returned for free rotation and alignment. Car was even worse. Told it was my car possible wear etc. Took it somewhere else to fix. Car now drives perfect after first attempt.

Great price, and excellent customer service.
Harrison was awesome and helped me pick out wheels and tires for my G6 Falcon.
Super stoked with the out come.
Also great work to the boys in the workshop for getting the job done as quick as they could.

Absolutely outstanding service, blown away by how fast the job was done giving how busy they where, and the worker Harrison was extremely knowledgeable and helpful from start to finish. Would recommend again and again never going anywhere else, flawless work
