An excellent experience with kind, professional and helpful people. Having a car accident isn’t fun, and dealing with Right 2 Drive has been the only part of the experience that has NOT been stressful. Elisha in the call centre was extremely helpful and really went above and beyond to help me out with a hire car on the same day, when the repair people told me that the repairs would take a week. The hire car was brought right to my home address, and Jake went through the paperwork with me and explained everything patiently and clearly.
Dealing with Right 2 Drive has been like having a Panadol after dealing with the headache of the insurance companies all week.

Beyond impressed with the service from Jake. Being in an accident carries enough stress as it is, and in addition trying to sort something out in terms of a vehicle. Right to drive made the latter so much easy. I called them in my lunch break, the process was very transparent and seamless. The next day, less than 24 hours later, Jake ( who deserves legend status ) delivered a car for me. Honestly, I am so thankful for all the effort and assistance. Rating R2D a 5 was a very easy decision and can't thank Jake who delivered the car, Samantha who took my call and made the process so easy. Thank you so much - you have my gratitude 🙂

Worst company I have ever dealt with. My car required repairs and was advised right2drive would provide me with a car while the car was being repaired. I booked in for my car to be repaired in 2 months. I had an email from right2drive the week after I booked into have the car repaired and had an email asking for me to provide details about the collision I was involved in. I responded to the email that day. I received an email from right2drive saying they would be in touch with me shortly. 2 months pass and I hadn’t heard from right2drive and my car was due to be repaired in 4 business days. I emailed right2drive who took 2 days to respond and told me they required more information about the collision. I emailed back straight away advising what other information they required as I had 1 business day before I required a replacement vehicle. Right2drive emailed me a day later at 3:30pm advising they could not assist me giving me less than 2 hours to arrange a vehicle.
The worst customer service and company I have ever dealt with. Would not recommend to anyone.

Booked in online a replacement car after an accident. When called by an agent. He told me he can't help me and hung up mid sentance on me and cancelled my request. Terrible customer service. Will not use again.

Recently my car was crashed while parking at the road side stationary with no OCCUPANT. Then I was recommended Right2Drive, that organised a loan car to me. They dealt with on my behalf with other Insurance companies for everything, their services are excellent and Jake acted promptly by bringing the spare key to me when I accidentally lost the car key in the shopping bag. Thanks Jake. After collecting my car, I only need to inform Right2Drive and left the loan car at the crash repairer and they will collect their loaned car from there. Thanks Right2Drive and Jake for all your help. If you are 100% right in a car accident then Right2Drive will be the best choice if your car insurance didn’t include loan car premiums.
