I’m really disappointed in the overall service + delivery and quality of the flowers. My boyfriend bought a $120 bouquet, on the day it was to be delivered the courier did not even end up at my residence reception, it was taken to some random cafe 400m away. On the day I received them I noticed the greenery surrounding the flowers was quite dry but thought nothing of as its just leaves anyway. After taking some pictures of the bouquet for an hour tops, I unwrapped it, cut the stems 1inch (which on the inside were also quite dry) on an angle and put them in lukewarm water in a vase and kept out of direct sunlight. The next day majority of the flowers were dropping and dried up horribly (not all of them), we reached out to notify the company and they did not take any accountability whatsoever and basically blamed me and accused me of not taking care of them. Which of course I did, it's a special occasion and a large bouquet so I took so much care in unwrapping them. I have had supermarket flowers last much longer with the same process… It’s just really upsetting considering the price point, I don't feel that the lack of accountability and service is acceptable… has left a sour taste in my mouth when we were only trying to celebrate our anniversary.

I wanted to send flowers for the funeral of my Aunt in Melbourne as I could not attend. After spending some time searching I found Bloom Room at Malvern. When I called them they were very professional and helped me with the choice. It was delivered as promised and my cousin wrote back delighted with the flowers. I would have no hesitation in recommending them and use them in future

I’ve taken photos on day 1 and now day 4. You could see they were not going to last.The roses have dropped , browned around the edges, even with fresh water each day.The response from the owners is poor. I know how to take care of flowers. I’ve had many bouquets over the yrs and this is by far the worst and the poorest of responses. What really upsets me is my friend spent her hard earned cash to support your business and you weren’t prepared to take any responsibility- just blame me.Do not order from these awful people, who are not willing to take feedback or acknowledge any responsibility.I received a bouquet of flowers today. I had been home all day and popped out between 2-4.15. The flowers were left on my covered porch on the floor, when there was a table they could have been left on and they knocked over my little budda statues. They were not soaked in any water nor any flower food. The yellow roses were wilting so I called to provide some feedback to say I didn’t think they would last more than two/three days. The woman was so rude. She said they were delivered at 11am, which they were not, because I was home and my son was working in the garage, and she said because I was out it was my fault the flowers had wilted. She asked me what did I expect from a small bouquet ? I’m shocked, so I just said she was not willing to take any accountability therefore I’d leave a review so others can see for themselves - not just the poor quality but a very poor attitude. I’d had a recent bereavement and my house had been full of flowers from much better florists and lasted two weeks and beyond.

Flowers were pretty but basic flowers could be found in a local supermarket bouquet. Vase nothing special Not as unique as seen in shopping cart. Expected something more creative with possibly at least one boutique flower from a florist at that price point.

Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day. The flowers were beautiful but the fact that the delivery driver specifically handed it to her and said “happy Mother’s Day”, made it a million times better for me. Exceptional service. Thank you so much. I’ll be using you on a yearly basis.
