Stayed here at New Years. Booked in at very short notice. They have contactless check-in (via sms) but a dinosaur like me had no problems. Clean, simple rooms with a comfortable bed, what more could you need? Happy to stay here again. Would recommend to anyone looking for cheap, sensible accommodation.

Easy to find and booking was simple. It was helpful to have automatic check-in as we got there late and so the whole process was seamless. Very basic room set up but that suited us. Neat and tidy.

The service is fantastic whereby just need to call and they will send the room number and password to excess to the room.In case need to extand day will be well organise by services.The wifi is good and the room is cleaned. I'm happy with the location as it's 5 minutes to town center.

The room was clean. Bed linen fine. However it was a freezing night and there was only a thin blanket on the bed electric blanket barely made a dent. The air conditioner would not heat. It was a very cold night! This is a fine budget accommodation but don’t expect anything more.

Positive: Just lovely staff, clearly enjoy what they do and care for their guests and the location. It was the easiest check in process I ever have experienced. Other locations should call for tips on improving their own service to try and be close, it was nice to feel genuinely welcomed. The property is well maintained, it feels more like a home than a motel, you can sense the love the owners have over the place. I noticed that the art work in my room was the fine work of Judy. - it's the little things... I would definitely recommend staying here, without a doubt.. Negative: A hard place to fault. I did have a little trouble getting hot water, but got there in the end. Then the shower head dripped through the night, I notice those things. Easily fixed..

Ben welcomed us on arrival, great host. Perfect overnight stay. Family room was spacious. Beds were comfortable and warm. room was lovely and clean. Ensuite was a bit small for the bigger person but adequate. Light breakfast was perfect for the kids. Prices were reasonable. Definitely recommend and will stay again.
