Today, I had my work placement assessment at a restaurant with Chelsea and I was quite nervous at first. However, my assessor made me feel completely comfortable. She was very welcoming and took the time to ask about my background, experience, and how long I’ve been working in the field. Her friendly nature helped ease my nerves.

The assessment process itself was well-structured and took about two hours. She conducted it professionally while maintaining a supportive and encouraging attitude. Overall, it was a great experience, and I truly appreciate her approach.
